Hazel Mycock
Clinic Owner
Hazel completed a Physical Education Degree at Manchester Metropolitan University and taught in a High School and Colleges. She then went on to complete Sports Massage/Therapy Training with the VTCT and has been working in practice for over 10 years, this year she took over from Sue as clinic owner.
She has completed further professional development which includes: ultrasound and electrical therapies, strength and conditioning, chronic pain management, kinesio taping and running technique coaching.
She enjoys working with everyday problems in clinic, especially helping people with chronic pain and dysfunction, but also getting people back to playing their sport. Hazel has played many different sports and currently plays hockey for Leek Hockey Club. She is a keen runner, having run marathons and ultra marathons. She has worked for many local sports teams including Leek Cricket Club, Leek CSOB Football Team and Leek Hockey Club.
