HOPI EAR CANDLES

Hopi ear candles are a pair of hollow candles made of rolled cotton and beeswax together with a few herbs.  One candle is lit and placed in each ear one at a time, where it slowly burns down, it takes about 10 minutes for each candle to burn down, this is then repeated in the other ear.  It is a very relaxing treatment, with a lovely warm feeling, you will hear a gentle crackling and hissing during the treatment which is very pleasant.  It can then be followed by a facial massage which for certain conditions can be very beneficial to help to drain the sinus’ and clear congestion.

It can be a treatment option for any ear complaints, tinnitus, sinus and throat problems, congestion after having a cold,  headaches and migraines to name a few.  A very simple but effective treatment.
